Substantial increases in property values in Australia since the start of this new century have given some Australians increased paper wealth while at the same time making it increasingly harder for other Australians to achieve the dream of home ownership.

Invest in property without using any cash
Providing that (i) you are a home owner, with or without a mortgage, and (ii) you are currently working, the banks will often lend you the deposit and costs to purchase an investment property. In many cases this is the first step to the acquisition of substantial wealth. Unfortunately it is at this junction that novice investors often fall prey to the greed of the lending institutions.
Armed with the knowledge that you are in a position to invest it is advisable to seek expert advice from a finance specialist experienced in the purchasing of investment property. It is essential that you insulate your finances from your lending institutions control while at the same time taking advantage of the financial products that they offer.
